WE'VE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS NOW, IT'S VERY MUCH MODERN AND PROMOTES GREAT WORKFLOW. IT EVEN  WORKS WELL WITH OTHER APPLICATIONS!

**What do you like best about Athena Technology Solutions?**

I HONESTLY LIKE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF IT, THE SEARCHING OPTIONS AND ABILITIES ARE SUPERB. THE TRACKING SYSTEM COMES IN HANDY WHEN NEEDING TO WORK WITH DELINQUENCIES ALONE.

**What do you dislike about Athena Technology Solutions?**

SINCE HAVING THE TECHNOLOGY, WE'VE NOT RUN INTO OUTAGES AT ALL, MAYBE 1 SINCE IT'S INTEGRATION. BY FAR I HAVE NO CONFLICTS WITH THE PROGRAM.

We switched EMRs from Allscripts to Athena. We had a whole implementation team to help us with the switch.

**What do you like best about Athena Technology Solutions?**

The amount of support we had during the implementation process. 

**What do you dislike about Athena Technology Solutions?**

The trainer they sent out for go live week did not seem to know all the ins and outs of their own system. 

**Recommendations to others considering Athena Technology Solutions:**

It is a huge undergowing to change EMR providers but Athena is ahead of the times with their patient engadgement technology and streamlining the process of patient visits.

I use Athena to assist with my development duties to track prospects giving and biographical information. 

**What do you like best about Athena Technology Solutions?**

I use this program to keep track of our prospects and make sure I have accurate and up to date information.

**What do you dislike about Athena Technology Solutions?**

Aesthetically it looks very old and out of date.
