Recommendations to others considering Astute Review:
I think the biggest thing that has been beneficial to me is the time savings when pulling together presentation content. Astute Review really does take the pain away from worry about content styling and formatting and let's me focus on the message I'm trying to deliver. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say it easily cuts my time to pull a presentation together in half. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Astute Review solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially I considered myself a perfectionist when it came to putting together presentation content. I'm consistently worrying about getting an idea or topic across, while also making sure styling and formatting is consistent with our organization's branding and of course looks professional. Astute Review really takes the pain and worry away from styling and formatting and lets me focus on the message I'm trying to deliver. I do have a universal slide deck I tend to modify per need basis depending what customer or audience I'm presenting to and while I thought things were perfect, Astute Review found and was able to correct right away many small nuances in formatting you deal with when reusing slides or content from other sources. More recently, I've found the tool to be extremely helpful in converting my decks into our latest company branding templates. A simple copy, paste into the new template, run Astute Review, accept changes, and boom. Done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
