I use Astrato to create dashboards for analyzing and presenting findings on loyalty propositions, which provide powerful visuals and interactions for my stakeholders. I love that Astrato eliminates the need to manually create and re-create reports, allowing me to interact with data with few limitations without being slowed down by functionality. I appreciate that the staff at Astrato are incredibly helpful and always strive to help us achieve our use cases. I love how Astrato makes building dashboards seamless with its intuitive and fast interface. It's incredibly easy to use and learn, even for non-technical users, thanks to its no-code environment. I find the lack of ability for users to work on the same dashboard simultaneously and then merge their work later to be a limitation. Additionally, it would be helpful if I could download existing dashboards to my computer to make offline changes and then republish them to the server. The absence of the ability to work on dashboards offline is also a drawback, as it restricts my flexibility to work in environments without internet access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Astrato is the combination of outstanding support and a product that manages to be both powerful and user-friendly. The team is responsive, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the cloud ecosystem. They also release new features quickly in response to user feedback. Astrato integrates smoothly with live Snowflake connections, ensuring that dashboards always show the latest data without requiring extracts. The dashboard builder is intuitive, making it easy to design clean, professional visualisations and offering business users a seamless, interactive experience. What I find less appealing about Astrato is that, being a relatively new tool, some of its features are not YET as polished as those found in more established BI platforms. Additionally, working with very large or complex datasets can occasionally impact performance. I like that I can quickly create and update dashboards without needing technical help. The interface feels straightforward, and the data is always live and accurate. Being able to add comments and updates directly in the dashboards is especially useful (using writeback) it keeps everything in one place and avoids the usual spreadsheet chaos. Some features are still being improved, and occasionally I need to find workarounds for formatting or layout using Astrato Actions. 1) Best part is live or real-time querying i.e extraction of Data from Cloud giants like GCP, Snowflake comes in too.

2) Its an OpEx model, in other words we pay for all the services we use on the go.

3) Easy for non-coders.
