What do you like best about Astrato?

Astrato provides a feature rich tool kit that is easy to use for even the novice user. The ease of implementation and integration to our Snowflake platform allowed us to go from design to a fully operation SaaS platform within 60 days. The customer service has been tremendous and substantially reduced our learning curve. Astrato's competitive pricing provides an extreme value for a product we and our clients use everyday. What problems is Astrato solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a small 3 person shop, minimal technical expertise and an extremely limited budget, Astrato's sophisticated yet easy to use platform has allowed us to build a commercial SaaS application within 60 days, which we would have never been able to accomplish with the other BI tools we attempted at the beginning. At time, the platform can feel a bit buggy, and certain features may not always work as expected. However, the Astrato team is very receptive to feedback and actively works on addressing issues, which help mitigate this.
