"Plug-and-Play Sensors, AI Insights, and Unmatched Support Deliver High ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

The ease of use with the plug and play sensors along with the service we receive from our support, and technical teams are second to none. They leverage the advantage of using AI to analyze data quickly while providing the human touch with real solutions for our Techs to go after. These combined with the high ROI make this a winning system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

The one aspect that we have had is the sensor's physical size. They do not fit in all of the areas of the equipment we would like to monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted AI Predictive Maintenance with Strong, Transparent Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

The human element remains critical in validating the vibration analysis generated by AssetWatch's AI engine. AssetWatch was one of the early adopters in incorporating AI into predictive maintenance, and we were fortunate to partner with them at an early stage. Working closely with a dedicated individual rather than a larger team fostered open, transparent communication and helped build a strong, collaborative relationship based on trust and shared objectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

The most challenging part of implementing any new process or installing new equipment is the initial setup and commissioning; AssetWatch is no exception. The primary challenge is finding the time to work with the technician on sensor placement and mobile hotspot configuration. However, we have to remind ourselves that this effort is a one-time deal, and once the system is installed and operational, the benefits far outweigh this temporary inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that the combination of AI-driven analysis and dedicated engineering support is helping your team identify potential issues early and plan maintenance proactively. Building strong relationships with our customers is a core part of what we do, so it’s great to know the collaboration, communication, and trust with your analyst have been valuable.

We also appreciate your comments about implementation. While sensor placement and connectivity setup can require some upfront time and coordination, we’re pleased to hear the long-term benefits have made that effort worthwhile.

It’s great to know AssetWatch is helping your team avoid unplanned downtime, better coordinate maintenance activities, and keep critical equipment running reliably. Thank you for your partnership and for trusting AssetWatch to support your reliability program.

"Clear, Actionable Vibration Insights That Keep Us on Track 24/7"
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

Our AssetWatch vibration analyst stays on top of our issues even when we are dealing with the headaches of a 24/7 operation. She provides clear and actionable recommendations backed up by the data and always reminds us in case we lose track in the daily shuffle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

As a Cat 2 vibration analyst myself, I wish the user interface had more features, such as bearing frequency harmonics, gear frequencies, and easier sideband measurement tools. Having the total spend by the facility next to the cost savings would make for an even more powerful ROI data point to present to upper management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that your vibration analyst is providing clear, actionable recommendations that help your team stay ahead of issues in a demanding 24/7 operation. Feedback from experienced reliability professionals like yourself helps shape our product roadmap as we continue to enhance the user experience and analytical capabilities of the platform. "Early Warnings, Seamless CMMS Integration, and Remarkable Customer Service."
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

The most helpful thing about using AssetWatch is the early warning of a possible problem which allows us to plan ahead for a repair instead of having a downtime event costing precious time and money. We also like the fact that there is a CME monitoring the assets and alerting us to any issues they feel needs addressing. The implementation was a breeze and a fully completed in one day without any interruption to our equipment. We were also able to integrate our CMMS system with them and if there is an alert which requires immediate attention, the CME can create a Work Order for our team members to address the situation. Lastly the customer service is remarkable. Generally if I have a question or concern I can expect a response immediately, or within a few minutes. If our CSR or CME are tied up for few minutes, the other team members have no problem jumping in and getting our question or concern taking care of. It is a pleasure to work with them. What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

As with most things in life nothing is perfect. There are a couple of things we wanted when we started with AssetWatch that were, and are not currently, available. We are looking to put a few of the sensors in a high temperature setting. Of course you are dealing with batteries and electronics and their current models, at that time, would not take our temperature requirements. We also have the need for pressure monitors. The AssetWatch team took the time to set up a teams call and get our specific needs and and requirements in these areas and noted they would take our information and get with the R&D team and developers and as these were necessities brought up by other customers, and branches they may want to pursue. Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that early warnings, CME support, and CMMS integration are helping you plan ahead, avoid downtime, and keep production running at its best. It’s also great to know implementation was seamless and that our team’s responsiveness stands out.

"Expert Technical Support for Troubleshooting and Equipment Health"
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

Having someone with technical knowledge available to support troubleshooting and to evaluate the overall health of the equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

I wish the software interface offered more technical capabilities. I’d like the ability to place cursors at known fault frequencies and trend those values over time. I’d also like to be able to mark specific dates for events that have occurred and track those events within the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Michael. We’re glad to hear that having access to our technical experts has been valuable in helping your team troubleshoot issues and better understand the overall health of your equipment. Combining expert analysis with continuous monitoring is a key part of helping customers make informed maintenance decisions.

We also appreciate your suggestions for additional analytical capabilities within the platform, including fault frequency cursors, trending specific values, and the ability to annotate events over time. Feedback from users with hands-on reliability experience is incredibly valuable as we continue to enhance the software and expand its capabilities.

It’s great to hear AssetWatch is helping your team identify critical defects early, investigate root causes, and take proactive steps to prevent future failures. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the G2 community.

"Effortlessly Monitors Equipment with Smart Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

I appreciate AssetWatch for sending automated alerts, which means we don't have to constantly check the dashboard to know when something needs attention. The user-friendly dashboards are organized by Summary, Alerts, Assets, and insights, making it easy for both new and experienced users to investigate alerts or check the history of a specific asset. I really like how the CME reviews data before alerts are sent, which greatly reduces false alerts and minimizes wasted time for our maintenance department. The setup was easy, and I also value how AssetWatch integrates with our CMMS, exchanging data efficiently. AssetWatch is a valuable tool that I am happy to recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

The ability to add users. Currently, AssetWatch must add each user. It would be easier if a Site admin could add users directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for the feedback. We’re happy to hear that automated alerts, CME-reviewed recommendations, and CMMS integration are helping your team stay ahead of potential issues while reducing unnecessary maintenance effort. It’s great to know the dashboards make it easy for both new and experienced users to quickly access the information they need and investigate asset health with confidence.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding user management. The good news is that we can enable Site Admin permissions for your account, which will allow you to add and manage users directly. We’ll work with your team to update those permissions so you can take advantage of that functionality moving forward.

Thank you for your partnership and for recommending AssetWatch. We’re proud to support your reliability program and look forward to continuing to help your team prevent downtime and improve asset performance.

What do you like best about AssetWatch?

I love using AssetWatch for continuous vibration monitoring on critical equipment because it provides timely responses even on holidays and weekends. The system's ability to rapidly detect issues is excellent, giving me the time I need to respond effectively with little or no downtime. It helps eliminate surprise failures, lowers the daily pressure of relying on maintenance teams, optimizes time and labor, and unites operations and maintenance staff around trust and data-driven insights rather than guesswork. I also found the initial setup to be super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AssetWatch?

I like how easy it is to get started and use AssetWatch. Having a dedicated Vibration engineer to review the data removes a large barrier for companies not utilizing vibration. The dialog between myself and the engineer is really helpful. It has helped us identify root causes like poor installation practices and incorrect parts being used. The Vibration engineer is super responsive and attentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssetWatch?

The website seems dated. When going back to the asset homepage I have to scroll through a bunch of assets every time. The chat system is ineffective because you can easily lose important dialog or information like a work order number. I can't even start a chat on an asset I have questions about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cole Gillitzer of AssetWatch

Thank you for the feedback, Christopher. We’re glad to hear the setup was smooth and that your dedicated vibration engineer and ongoing dialogue are helping uncover root causes and drive meaningful improvements. It’s great to see the impact across your assets, especially at that scale.

We also appreciate your candid feedback on the platform experience. Your comments about navigation and the chat system are well noted, we recognize how important it is to quickly access asset information and maintain clear, traceable communication.

Thank you for your partnership and for trusting AssetWatch with your monitoring program.
