The tool that is supposed to reply to reviews is a complete nightmare. Integrating this service with my app store account doesn't work as it should. Even when I asked for it to be fixed, it worked for a day and then broke again. The support team is really awful; they keep saying things are a high priority and supposedly done, but they aren't. They claimed to be uploading fixes but nothing got resolved. Eventually, they admitted to having no estimations, and their communication was inconsistent. It's been 3+ weeks since the bug started. Couldn't connect my Google Play Console with their strange way of 'pasting' an error signin link you get when following their documentation. Their chat support was unhelpful and said I was 'pasting the link wrong'. Other solutions use a simple user invite workflow which works.

They don't easily differentiate between what items in the navbar are available in your plan and those which aren't, leaving you always clicking on links you don't have access to. A simple lock icon or the feature in a different colour would help.

After I contacted their support about an issue asking about my plan being cancelled they didn't even bother to respond.
