Asendify Outbound Reviews & Product Details

Asendify Outbound is cold email software from Asendify, built for agencies, consultants, B2B service businesses and SaaS teams that book calls through outbound email. Every plan includes unlimited sending inboxes with rotation and safe daily limits, plus a built-in warm-up network. Campaigns are multi-step sequences with follow-ups in the same thread, custom fields, spintax, A/B variants and sending windows, so emails only go out during the hours you choose. The AI reply agent is included on every plan rather than charged per reply. It reads each reply and sorts it as interested, question, not interested, unsubscribe, out of office or wrong person. Interested leads and questions get an answer within minutes, written only from the offer facts you give it, with your booking link included. It never invents prices, results or clients; when it is not sure, it leaves a draft in your unified inbox for one-click sending, and auto-send can be switched off per campaign. Outbound works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho and any IMAP/SMTP inbox (Outlook is not supported yet). Bounces and unsubscribes are handled automatically. Plans start at £29/month plus a 45% service fee (£42.05 total), with a 14-day free trial. A done-for-you setup is also available.
