"A simple and effective tool for running structured user interviews"
What do you like best about Articos?

Articos makes it easy to organize and run structured user interviews without adding unnecessary complexity. The platform has a clean interface and the workflow for preparing interview questions and running sessions feels intuitive.

What I found most useful is how it helps keep research organized and consistent across sessions, which is especially valuable when working remotely with participants. It allows researchers and product teams to focus on the conversation instead of the logistics of managing interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articos?

While the platform is very easy to use and useful for structuring interviews, one potential limitation is the reliance on AI-generated interactions. It can be a great starting point to explore ideas or test assumptions, but it’s still difficult to know to what extent AI can truly replace the unpredictability and spontaneity of real human conversations during user interviews.

For exploratory research, that human randomness often reveals insights that are hard to simulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
