I like the innovation side of the platform: their AI base course creation is a feature I haven't seen in any other competitor. The user interface is easy to navigate and read, with all the relevant information right away. Integrating into our Identity Provider was easy and their support has been always there to assist us in any possible ways. The only downside is that they are young and a small company. They have to work a lot to improve the current state and some basic features are not available.
