Arrowhead’s Rigor and Innovation Raised Our Decision-Making Standard **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Brian L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026 **What do you like best about Arrowhead Strategy Group?** Everyone on the Arrowhead team approaches their work not only with academic rigor that feels like no stone is unturned and that nothing is missed, but also it feels like they do it in a way that is constantly innovating, inviting ME to innovate across my business, and in a way that works intelligently through tech, the human touch, and patience in educating. **What do you dislike about Arrowhead Strategy Group?** The only downside I've experienced so far is the newfound recognition and awareness of where every dollar goes, which has entirely exposed the bloated tech stack that I had amassed. Now I feel the intention and discipline behind every business investment, so it's brought a new standard into the way I make decisions! Which... I suppose for the better... means that I'm less impulsive, which is not so easy for an easily excitable founder! **Recommendations to others considering Arrowhead Strategy Group:** Whatever thought you've had about what "finance" and "accounting" firms look like, abandon those when you get to interact with Jarome and his team, because it'll become immediately clear that your numbers and your finances are merely a vehicle through which they uncover holistic BUSINESS growth... not *just* financial growth. **What problems is Arrowhead Strategy Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** There's a lot of noise in business... hidden in our marketing metrics, our analytics, our inboxes, our Slack channels, our automations, and, of course, our finances. As a business owner, having the ability to cut through the noise and identify what matters can be (and often is!) the single trait that propels us towards growth. When I got to know Jarome and his approach to finance, I thought the "noise" they helped cut through was isolated to the financials, but it's clear to me that the Arrowhead approach has an uncanny ability to leverage the financials to identify and cut out the noise in ALL aspects of our business. I appreciate that he's using AI to create advanced dashboards available to all clients and promised an excellent working relationship with Kylie. The fact that I've personally seen his follow through on both accounts has been extremely meaningful. Arrowhead's services have provided a detailed and accurate look at my business each month, and the new financial models are very helpful. Kylie's communication and attention to detail are excellent. In one meeting, they helped me adjust my QBO subscription and set up a Ramp payment system.
