Aroopa Flow | Best Workflow automation Tool Reviews & Product Details

Aroopa Flows is a cloud-based, web-based workflow automation and integration platform. Build multi-step flows using a library of nodes, run them synchronously or asynchronously, and connect to systems using REST API or GraphQL API nodes. A built-in function node lets you write custom JavaScript directly inside a flow for logic that off-the-shelf nodes can't cover. It's versatile enough to sit on top of and extend other automation tools — like Shopify Flow, Zapier, or Make — and connects to 100+ integrations out of the box, extendable further via REST and GraphQL API nodes. What it does Aroopa Flows is a cloud-based, web-based automation platform that connects Aroopa's own modules (CRM, Forms, Campaign Manager, Project Management) to each other and to outside systems, and can also automate processes that have nothing to do with Aroopa at all. Node-Based Flow Building Build flows visually using a range of nodes — triggers, actions, conditions, and data transformations — chained together to automate a process step by step. Multi-Flow Support Build and manage multiple flows, and chain or reference flows within one another, rather than being limited to a single linear automation. Synchronous & Asynchronous Flows Run flows synchronously when a process needs to complete and return a result immediately, or asynchronously when steps should run in the background without holding up the triggering action. REST API & GraphQL API Support Connect to external systems using either REST API or GraphQL API nodes, so Aroopa Flows can integrate with modern APIs regardless of which style a given system uses. Function Node (Custom JavaScript) Add a function node to write custom JavaScript directly inside a flow — for logic, calculations, or data transformations that go beyond what pre-built nodes support. Extends Other Automation Tools Aroopa Flows is built to be versatile enough to sit on top of and extend the workflow automation tools you may already use — including platforms like Shopify Flow, Zapier, and Make — adding capability those tools don't natively offer, rather than requiring you to replace them. 100+ Integrations, Extendable via API Nodes Connect out of the box to 100+ third-party integrations, and extend beyond that list using REST API or GraphQL API nodes to connect to virtually any system with an accessible API. Who it's for Teams that need to connect Aroopa CRM, Forms, Campaign Manager, and Project Management together into one automated process Businesses that already use tools like Shopify Flow, Zapier, or Make and want to extend their automation beyond what those platforms support natively Technical teams that need custom logic (via JavaScript function nodes) rather than being limited to pre-built automation actions Anyone needing to integrate systems that only expose a REST or GraphQL API, without off-the-shelf connector support FAQ What kinds of flows can I build with Aroopa Flows? Node-based flows ranging from simple single-trigger automations to complex multi-flow processes, using triggers, actions, conditions, and data transformation nodes. Can flows run in the background instead of blocking a process? Yes. Flows can run synchronously (returning a result immediately) or asynchronously (running in the background). Does it support REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, or both? Both. Aroopa Flows includes dedicated REST API and GraphQL API nodes for connecting to external systems. Can I write custom code inside a flow? Yes. A function node lets you write custom JavaScript directly inside a flow for logic beyond what pre-built nodes cover. Can Aroopa Flows work alongside tools like Shopify Flow or Zapier instead of replacing them? Yes. It's designed to sit on top of and extend existing automation tools, including Shopify Flow, Zapier, and Make, adding capability without requiring you to rip out your current setup. How many integrations does it support? 100+ integrations out of the box, extendable further through REST API and GraphQL API nodes for systems not covered by a pre-built connector. Can I build more than one flow, and connect flows to each other? Yes. Aroopa Flows supports building and managing multiple flows, including flows that reference or trigger one another. Is Aroopa Flows cloud-based? Yes. It's fully cloud-based and web-based, with nothing to install.
