The power of integrated tools and that we can manage social media and emails in one place. the ability to understand where the business is, in real time, so we can see the current business and more importantly any future business. Just click on the graphics in the dashboard to drill down to the data you require. The benefits are multiple - the team are all on the same page, and can see each stage of the customer journey, we have automated the processes which save us time and we even know when a contact in the CRM visits the website, so a follow up call can be made to check their interest. All of our forms on the website go straight to the CRM too, so we don't have any worries about re-keying data. ### 21.
