**What do you like best about Arist?**

My team loves Arist because of how flexible it is. Some of us use it for training reinforcement, while others primarily use it for comms and reminders to complete tasks and review material inside Slack, which has made it feel really seamless. Usually, my team and I have to spend time figuring out how to use some new tool, but Arist fits right into our current internal messaging system.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

I haven't really found anything quite like Arist. When analyzing vendors, the technology is only as important as the support, and the team at Arist is truly one of a kind. I don't have a single negative comment to share about my experience working with Arist. I have gotten a chance to interact with quite a few members of their team, and all of them have gone out of their way to be responsive and easy to work with, which can be a rarity in this industry.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have faced struggles in the past with quickly training our new hires as they onboard. Arist makes the process meaningfully more manageable on both our side and on the side of our new employees, as can be confirmed by our internal reviews.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

The Arist platform makes it extremely easy to build your course and get it in front of your employees ASAP + not to mention the digestible and accessible content format is just perfect for our needs. That's why I love it - but of course, our employees love it because learning has now become a part of their everyday routine - and they love the format in which new content is delivered to them. This tool has changed the way our team does training for the better.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

I can't think of anything at the moment - it's been a seamless experience overall.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having trouble integrating learning into our workflow in a meaningful way that didn't feel like a chore to our employees. Arist is the perfect solution to that - their bite-size courses make digesting even very complex subjects easier for our employees to understand.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

Our team loves using Arist! We can communicate with employees where they are and get responses back quickly. There is no more getting important messages lost in email; text is often the best way to go.

After only a month of using Arist I was sure to recommend it to other team leaders I know. The team is also amazingly responsive and helpful, which gives us the confidence to continue using their tools for years to come.

I honestly just wish we found Arist sooner. Every question or concern we had was addressed directly and quickly. This is not something we are used to in the corporate education space!

Arist helps us communicate with our team when email just isn't right. Text messages sent using Arist have empowered us to meet our team where they are and on their own timeline.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

User-satisfaction scores on both courses I created in Arist were above 4, with 5 as the highest rating. Arist courses meet users where they are -- on their phones during brief pockets of time during their day. Arist's course guide and platform are easy to use to create courses. Its staffers are unfailingly helpful

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

Users' most common complaint in the past was forgetting to take that day's lesson during the 24 hours it was available. I believe that issue has been addressed.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arist courses are helping onboard employees cost-effectively. By covering the basics of policies and benefits in the text-message course before orientation, more time is available in orientation for higher-level discussion of important issues.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

There was a huge hole in the elearning market -- even within microlearning -- Arist has really leaned in here rethinking what can provide the lowest friction possible to learners and learning teams.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

There are types of training that may not be the best suited to text. But the same can be said of any training media type. Really nothing disliked about the platform or the way the experience is being developed.

Arist has helped me to dramatically lower friction in course delivery. Quality analytics and the fact that learners check texts much more than other formats means more data on learning that works and doesn't.

It's low friction, I just get a text and remember it through out the day. I wish I could receive books in this manner with lessons that need to be thought about throughout the day.

I don't really dislike anything, I initially had it text me in the middle of the day and I'd miss it amongst the chaos but now I have it when I wake up so I can digest it before starting work.

They're breaking down information into digestible and attention-grabbing nuggets - you're not bombarded with info like you are everywhere else, you're just getting the best bite.

There is nothing I dislike about Arist. The product is exceptional and delivers on what it promises.

Arist is solving a pernicious pain point that so many L&D leaders face on a daily basis: By delivering learning in the flow of work (slack, email, SMS, etc.), learners engage with course material in a much deeper way, and retain that information in a much more effective way than traditional learning tools.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

Arist has helped me to deliver learning outcomes to both individual contributors and managers. It's easy to build a course, and I'm able to deliver content to my learners in tools that they already use each day- specifically slack.

I would like to see more courses in the template library. I like the courses that are currently available, and look forward to using more courses with my team.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past it has been difficult to engage with managers and individual contributors. Everyone has a lot going on, and learning can sometimes drop down the priority list. With Arist, I'm able to create bite-sized experiences that 1) contribute to professional development, therefore employee engagement and 2) increase product knowledge for our sales teams, which has improved sales performance.

That I can learn in bite-sized sessions that focus on a single concept or idea that is clarified and made simple enough to retain and build on.

That phones are a tough platform to be comfortable with when learning -- for me.  I like it, however I am older - 54 - and used to an actual classroom or large screen

They get information to the learner wherever he or she is.  There is no limit to what is being learned and when and how.  Convenience and accessibility.

Arist is not for all learnings, but it has its time and place. Ensuring it is used appropriately and for the correct types of learning is critical in ensuring its success!

Arist is solving the problem of making time for learning, and embedding it in the flow of work.  Employees no longer have to go searching through an LMS for skills training.

Scheduling course times, wish there was more flexibility in the timings at which courses can be schedule or randomizing the time at which courses were scheduled

Arist is revolutionizing the way learning is done, both within the workplace and beyond. As someone who has been through countless work trainings, I find myself actually learning with Arist and look forward to doing so.

Love the course editor. It allows users to plan content on the go because of how the course lesson layout is structured.

Obviously missing a few capabilities  (though that's normal with a product in early-stages). I dislike the learner controls (adding and managing learners).

Solving learner retention, engagement, interaction. It also creates a deadline for training tot ake place, being a project management tool almost.

It's so simple to use. I was so used to dealing with annoying platforms to learn. Now it's so easy. Just use my phone text and I can learn. I wish all courses were like this.

I wish there were more courses that used SMS. My biggest complaint is not enough companies are using Arist.

Arist just makes sense. Rather than introducing a new communication channel, learners can be reached right where they already are. There's no need for new apps, sites, or interfaces.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

Some neurodiverse learners prefer separately boxed learning platforms, rather than having them mixed with existing mediums. The option of a separate, dedicated learning app or site might be worth exploring down the road.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team struggled to train service partners operating in the gig economy. Arist kept the technology bar low, was inclusive for speakers of all languages, and cut down training time by 50% while significantly increasing effectiveness.

Arist's pricing is fine at our size, but I would want to know how much it will cost when we're enterprise-scale.

There is nothing to write. I love everything about Arist.

Arist is solving the problem that most learning is delivered outside of the flow of work. Due to the clunkiness of elearning and the opportunity cost of f2f,  it is difficult for corporate learners to find the time and keep the attention needed to build skills and change habits.

The platform is very user-friendly - had no major learning curves when building & deploying courses. The analytics dashboard is incredible, and I love being able to dive in and find individual responses when I need them. My learners love that they can choose between SMS and Slack when picking where their course delivers to!

Nothing so far -- the team listens and solves any concern or question I've had.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

Arist is research-based and field-tested.  The interface is super user-friendly and with the new Arist 2.0 anything is possible from customized delivery channels to the creation of cohorts, Arist has listened to its users and made changes for the (even) better! As a K-12 and adult educator, I use Arist to deliver professional development training for all stakeholders, from teachers to secondary students to, parents.  I've even utilized the platform to successfully train limited English proficient parents on how to navigate the U.S. school system. The system was responsive to various symbols and characters that are language-specific and nothing was lost in translation.  Kudos to Arist founders for developing intuitive and innovative pieces of instructional software for the modern teacher and busy or hard-to-reach learner.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

The legacy Arist platform did not allow flexibility in delivery to cohorts or channels. But the 2.0 upgrade has thoughtfully integrated these features into the course building framework.  I love Arist, what's there not to like? it's flexible learning!

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parent involvement is the great equalizer that can put historically disadvantaged and oppressed communities on equal footing. Unfortunately, not all parents are confident about what they need to know, do, and say to help to create better opportunities and optimal learning conditions for their families.   

 In just 60 concise text messages delivered using the Arist platform I lay out in plain language (and emojis 😃), the keys to success in and out of school.  Interactive lessons help schools and districts engage busy and hard-to-reach parents and caregivers (many of whom are immigrants and refugees) in their heritage language at a time that is convenient for them.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

Very easy to comprehend on-boarding for the platform and very responsive team that answers your questions and helps guide you and clarify any issues.  I looked at other options, but this platform not only provided what was needed, but also with the technical support needed to be able to quickly change and adapt to an evolving situation.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

Nothing thus far, I used the initial Arist platform for sample versions of our couse and was able to get feedback from users, and analytics from the platform, which helped us modify the course to meet our end goals.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We created a course to helpt veterans with less-than-an-honorable discharge, who may have been discharged this way due ot mental health /ptsd that was not identified prior to the discharge.  Since we are all pro-bono consultants (and mostly combat veterans ourselves), and thus not an established entity, we were looking for a platform that would allow both developing our product, while also be fiscally conservative.

Typing open text responses via text is somewhat irritating but not a big deal. I got around this by using my phone's speech to text.

The software is really easy to use and the bite-sized content is much easier to absorb than traditional learning methods. I haven't found a software quite like this.

My team prefers Arist to using the LMS. The completion rates are so strong, I thought it was an error.

Nothing, it works like it's supposed to. Our CSM is helpful if something doesn't work.

Our usage of L&D content was stubbornly low and Arist is by far the best solution.

It was interesting how you can learn a course through text and how much of your time can be taken.

The scheduled message/course doesn't work.

**What do you like best about Arist?**

Arist's platform makes leveraging message based learning so much simpler than trying to do it alone.  The interval based approach is a proven neuroscience-backed way of ensuring better retention and forces us as L&D professionals to use spacing efficiently.  

Their upcoming integrations into Slack and Teams make it an even more compelling option for use in any distributed enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Arist?**

The platform is built on the concept of short messages as a way to drive learning.  With other media possibilities available for delivery, Arist is a fit-for-purpose application but not the solution to every learning intervention.

**What problems is Arist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have seen Arist solve some important ways to drive learning in a timely way to people no matter where they are.  A simple SMS message with the most important thing I need to know is a really useful way to learn and remember.
