WebMode 4 is a Web-based CRM application running on IBM Domino. It is run and administered entirely through a Web browser, and does not require IBM Lotus Notes.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

Ardexus CRM is an efficient tool for managing customer interactions. It consolidates all messages, emails, phone conversations, notes for each contact in a very systematic manner. It helps me visualise my customers based on the stages of their journeys and adjust my approaches appropriately.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

I can’t filter the information to find the concrete figures or generate the reports that would reflect my sales plan. This makes it almost impossible to monitor the KPIs and get deeper knowledge of my sales pipeline.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to compile all my customer relationships in a single point, through the use of Ardexus CRM. This helps me to save time in searching for such information and at the same time enhance rapport with clients.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

The lead capture feature is amazing. It syncs data from the emails and web forms thus eliminating the instances when I have to type the contacts’ details manually. This helps me store all my leads and makes all the leads available for follow-ups easily.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

The reporting appears to be restricted and unpolished at times. To be able to create specific sales reports, there are several clicks involved and the interface of the graphs could use a cleaner design than offered by other CRM systems. This makes it challenging to get precise information about the sales performance.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ardexus CRM has and I have found it a great tool in capturing all my leads as well as storing client details. It also makes it easier to be able to follow up on the communication and managing of the leads.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

The pricing is a concern the features it provides are not worth it. The user interface is basic. It uses some improvements. There is a slowness, in the web module. Email transfer from Mac is not completely resolved yet there is a Microsoft adapter.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

I find maintaining and reporting prospects. Paid clients are quite difficult. The lack of optimization in simplifying our processes makes it difficult to fully utilize the capabilities of the CRM. It lacks in providing real time notifications which limits its effectiveness for monitoring purposes.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the sales cycle, with sales contacts and existing customers is quite difficult hindering effective client and candidate relationship management. By providing a lack solution that does not integrate communication, sales process monitoring, and data organization into one platform.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

Reports generated via Ardexus CRM is the most advantageous for our business. It made the decision making process easy and time saving. As this is cloud based it saved time and space spent on servers. One of the key features is that it can also be accessessed on web browser.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

Pricing can be a issue but the agility pf the software and specific solution it provides, it is hard to negotiate. The pricing seems to be worth the features it provides yet it still needs to be competetive as there are many CRM softwares in the market.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining and reporting prospects and paid clients was an ardous task. Although we had a streamlined process we did not have a tool to optimise our processess. Ardexus CRM provided point to point solution to track and report all our leads and paid clients. Post service engagement became easier to track via this CRM.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

Ardexus CRM has provided efficient sales to the organization. It helps in centralizing customer data and insights. We can personalize interactions and build stronger, more meaningful relationships with the clients.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

We have not faced much difficulty with this CRM. Ardexus UI is very basic and can be improved. They can also work in the pricing section of the product. Maintaining accurate data might get difficult sometimes.

It provides robust reporting and analytics tools that provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness. It also Provide tools for sales forecasting, helping to predict revenue and plan for future growth.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

It provides awesome data inferences regarding customer leads. It has a extremely intuitive user interface as well as really good recommendations on sales representatives/leads.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

The web module of Ardexus CRM is quite often slow to load and suffers from latency issues. It would be great if these are resolved as soon as possible.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to store all my customer related metrics as well as relationship data. Ardexus CRM generates extremely important graphical flow for it which is easy to understand and interpret. Its sales/business tool is also very helpful with ability to provide notifications as well.

The possibility to have different views: contacts, accounts, leads / important business opportunities and the hierachical structure for permissions.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

E-mail tranfer from Mac into Ardexus is not yet solved - only Microsoft adapter available right now.

Helps you to understand the whole sales cycle with your fair or sales contact, with your existing customers or leads.

Overview about my leads and opportunities is fantastic. Helps at each stage of the sales process to get to know your customer much better. Intelligent sales logic behind.

**What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?**

 Really allows you to track your customers/clients/members/leads and see the arc of their interaction with your organization.  It has also allowed us to track member activity & engagement in some very powerful ways, and to track the work of our organizers and representatives.

**What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?**

It has a learning curve and there will be some in the company that are resistant to the change.

**What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 It is great in terms of managing client and candidate relationship, tracking performances is easier too now.
