The ability to support Physical Workloads Full System-level Replication to virtualised platforms like VMware vSphere by configuring FSHA scenarios is a pretty nice feature. In FSHA scenarios, you need a consistent network to perform initial sync between the DC and DR Site, else things fail a lot of time and the operation starts from scratch every time.
