They provide the tags and some id of the device, which helps generate the URL through which we can integrate the machine very quickly and allow the action per the customer's requirement. The best part is the video log and the command log and real-time monitoring. If the super admin catches any users doing suspicious activity or running restricted commands, they can immediately freeze their screen or terminate the session. And the password management is also excellent and secure just because they have a minimum of 2 super admins to accept requests for any unallocated services. **What do you dislike about ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM)?** His complex deployment and onboarding device 10-20% supported device will not work through the URL. During production time, I faced an issue colliding two different users on the same device. We do not need to enter passwords numerous times for using another device. There is a single password or biometric login to the portal for authentication. The last and best thing is only those devices and services shown to the user are allocated to work. It is possible to access websphere by multiple users using this application on a single instance. **What do you dislike about ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM)?** If there are so many users logged in, then if you want to access, you have to kick out a user at that time, and it will kick out that user if they do not respond to the pop-up within 2 minutes. We have different servers and can't give access to everyone, so ARCON gives us the feasibility to differentiate our user groups. The second thing is the recording feature, which can help us diagnose any vicious activity if it occurs. This is the best tool to configure all remote servers in single application.

Once we configure our remote server, then we can access the server Everytime with out entering password. With this tool, security is more to our servers. It also captures the server activity.

For every new login, we have to verify with OTP to login into system. **What do you dislike about ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM)?** If this tool is down, then we cannot access our servers with non admin users. It is very secure to access Production without permission no one can access and change anything in server. And with one login we can access multiple servers, we can access Oracle QA, SSH LINUX and windows RDP. It's showing IP in front end we can identify our different server by seeing Host IP and Domain name, we can search our particular server by searching with Host IP or Host name. **What do you dislike about ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM)?** Sometimes ARCON gets logged out within a very short period, and sometimes if logging in and accessing one server and when you try to access another server, it asks for login again. It takes time because for logging in it will ask for credentials and then OTP, then we need to validate, then to access the server again it will ask for a reference case ID for accessing servers, we need to select that, then submit again it will ask for Windows RPD service, then will ask attention to access, then it will ask for the user to disconnect to sign in. **Recommendations to others considering ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM):** It's a very good application to take remote server securely and manage the servers. It is the best for remote server access. **What problems is ARCON | Privileged Access Management (PAM) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can access my production server, UAT server, Development server without the server's password and I can deploy my project easily. I can monitor my servers like if I try to fix any issues on properties file or XML file or in Java Jar, I can check production issues by checking logs file, from the log file I can easily find out the error. And for Database audit, it's a very helpful tool. I can check database connection by pinging the database IP from the server. Every day I am accessing servers using ARCON and I am monitoring all my servers very easily. If any problems happen to my production server, I am able to fix those issues by accessing the server through ARCON very quickly. ### 15. You can manage servers, access them from Arcon. Initially when you log in it would ask for an OTP, then only it will log in. It’s very secure. It has OTP based authentication which really helps maintaining security of server. Multiple sessions can be accessed with same account simultaneously. I have been using this tool to access all UAT, Dev, production servers. Configuration of server access to limited people, like production servers to deployment team and support team. Development servers to developers. Nobody can make any illegal activities because every activity of the user is monitored and recorded, making it easy to access for the users.
