It saves time thanks to the AI and scenario analysis features, and the e-auction functionality is a strong addition. Suppliers usually praise the tool as well, and it’s easy to adjust templates and bidding sheets whenever needed. Overall, the tool feels fast and reliable, with no bugs or downtime in my experience. Compared with other tools on the market, and especially considering the strong support Archlet provides, it’s absolutely worth it financially. **What do you dislike about Archlet?** I don’t dislike anything per se, but there are still minor gaps that need to be addressed for more complex projects—especially when it comes to cost elements and cost breakdown analysis. With stronger support in those areas, the product would feel much more complete. It could even become the most comprehensive tool on the market if it also added supplier behavior analysis and cross-project analysis. **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have regular calls with Archlet, and they genuinely listen to our needs and issues, then work to resolve them as quickly as possible. With other solutions, we haven’t experienced this level of support, which makes Archlet feel truly unique. For example, we were struggling with on/off specifications and the analysis of different Incoterms. In response, they introduced an advanced on/off spec feature that addressed what we needed. We also need an option to hide columns for specific suppliers, and they’re already working on it. Some of the features we’ve requested are still under development; however, we really appreciate their flexibility, openness, and willingness to adapt. ### 2. That said, it still misses a few features compared to competitors, such as conditional questionnaires, supplier-specific column visibility, and a few more feedback options. **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Archlet helps us handle the most complex tenders in our organization, where complexity is the biggest pain point. I appreciate that we're in constant exchange with Archlet about what could be improved, and they regularly update certain capabilities if it fits in their roadmap. I also like the way you can analyze data, allowing you to slice and dice it in which way you want which is super helpful. And of course it is finding the optimal allocation within seconds. **What do you dislike about Archlet?** Sometimes it's difficult to navigate through a lot of scenarios. If you have a lot of restrictions to attach to a certain scenario, like above 100, 200, or 300 restrictions, it's difficult to navigate through, but Archlet is already working on improvements. It's also a bit time intensive to run simulations supporting negotiations. Checking scenarios like a 2% reduction effect is a bit time intensive and could be improved - but highlighting that this is our use case and a bit outside of the agreed Archlet scope of finding the optimal allocation. **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Archlet to optimize allocations in complex awarding situations, solving the combinatorial problem of finding the best allocation with many constraints. The Increased agility in procurement processes. Implementation was a smooth process as it was a standalone tool, all that was required was the involvement of the DPO and IT, an IT review, Data protection agreement, MSA and the SSO set up. Archlets Customer support is fantastic, we are lucky we have Pietro who is as passionate about Archlet as the founders and the rest of the team and they all chip in to resolve any queries via email or through the chat functionality in the tool. I have received no complaints. The escalation is through Internal Super users first. If we can resolve it internally, we will. If we cannot, we escalate it to Archlet, depending on importance, either through the Chat directly with the CSM or Via email copying in the relevant people with the knowledge to answer. It has been adopted as the procurement tool of choice and is used many times daily on a global scale. **What do you dislike about Archlet?** This is a tough question, there is not much if anything to dislike. Honestly, I have none! **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time, Visibility, document retention, increased savings with the ability to provide competitiveness feedback and launch additional bidding rounds quickly with ease. It has a clean interface, with modern design and easy to understand features. From the buyer side, it provides great analytics possibilities to compare offers by article, but also to create scenarios considering allocation rules you create. **What do you dislike about Archlet?** The RFx module and the eAuction module are not connected. The team has communicated that this will be addressed in the future releases. **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Archlet helps manage several sourcing events at once, enabling to monitor the status of all and making decision-making process much quicker and based on concrete numbers. With their scenario building possibility, I can compare in seconds what financial impact would it have to reduce the allocation from 3 suppliers in total to 2, for example. The collection of supplier bids and compiling allows you to use their platform or excel if need be, in a pinch for certain analyses. The optimization and analysis of the bids is super quick and easy to verify what the initial results are looking like. I think the biggest plus is the documentation and help for suppliers to fill out the bids as you aren't having to play support for the suppliers you invited to the bid. We currently use it for all events that we can for our clients. Everything is super easy to use and does not lock your data to the platform. **What do you dislike about Archlet?** Archlet being still a smaller team can have small bugs that show up in the optimization analysis, but the team is always quick to respond and solve the issue within a business day. **What problems is Archlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Archlet allowed us to solve the issues of being able to handle large rfps and be able to share access and analytics across the internal team without having one person running and developing the analyses. ### 19. One part that could use improvement was the supplier feedback download.
