The segmentation tools allow us to target the right audience with personalized messages, while the automation features save us a ton of time by handling routine tasks. Plus, the real-time data analytics let us track campaign performance and quickly adjust strategies as needed. Me and my team is using this tool for more than a month now and the onboarding process is quite easy as well. Supports integration with email and other software and comes in handy for the centralization of various tasks. **What do you dislike about Archarina?** While ArcCRM is excellent overall, the dashboard could be a bit more customizable for quick access to key metrics. It would be helpful to tailor it more to our specific needs. **What problems is Archarina solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArcCRM has streamlined our campaign management by automating repetitive tasks and giving us deeper insights into audience behavior. This has increased engagement rates and improved our overall campaign efficiency. Archarina's auto assigning logic has been a much-welcomed solution. **What do you dislike about Archarina?** We appreciate the depth of the SLA setup; however, perhaps there could be even more refined definitions that could be assigned. We sometimes need to have an incredibly nuanced agreement that must be defined. **What problems is Archarina solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want our agents to feel empowered with their ticket creation and management. Using a system that connects tickets to the most appropriate agent, their work gets done effectively. ### 5.
