ArborScout Reviews & Product Details

ArborScout helps tree care companies decide which jobs are worth the drive. Each company gets its own intake link. Customers photograph every tree they want worked on and answer a few questions about access and what they want done. For each tree, ArborScout produces a pre-visit brief: how complex the job looks, what equipment it is likely to need, scope questions to settle before quoting, and an AI-assisted read of visible structural condition. From there the same job carries through to an estimate priced off your own rate card, a branded proposal the customer accepts online, and an invoice. Customers are recognized across requests automatically, so you can see who has paid before and who only ever asks for quotes. Arborists can also start a job themselves on site, from a phone, when the customer calls instead of filling in the form. Built for owner-operators and small crews who lose afternoons to free estimates that were never going to close.
