When an alert comes in, we usually have to check multiple tools to understand the user, asset, recent activity, timeline, and whether it is actually worth deeper investigation. Arambh brings a lot of that context together, which makes the starting point much clearer. I also like that the recommendations are practical. They help guide what to check next without making the workflow feel complicated. For repeated or noisy alerts, it has made the review process more consistent and saved time that would normally go into gathering basic context. Overall, it helps us spend less time piecing things together and more time deciding what action to take. **What do you dislike about Arambh Labs?** There isn’t anything I strongly dislike, but the setup and tuning can take some time. Arambh is most useful once the right alerts, tools, and workflows are connected properly, so the initial configuration matters a lot. A few more ready-made templates or examples for common SOC use cases would make onboarding smoother. I’d also like to see more detail around why certain recommendations are made. The suggestions are helpful, but for some alerts I still want to understand the reasoning before taking action. More transparency there would make it easier to trust and explain the output. Overall, these are not major issues, but they would make the product easier to adopt day to day. **What problems is Arambh Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Arambh, a lot of our time went into basic investigation work: checking different tools, pulling context, and deciding if an alert was actually worth deeper review. Arambh helps by bringing the relevant context together and giving us a clearer starting point for triage. The biggest benefit is that investigations feel less scattered. We can move from alert to understanding faster, especially for repeated or noisy alerts. It also makes the process more consistent across the team, since analysts are not all starting from scratch each time.
