We're always having to open tickets with the Aptos support team to resolve issues. The time frame to resolve any issues is always lengthy. **What problems is Aptos Store solving and how is that benefiting you?** The easiness of order transmittal and order fulfillment is amazing for the business. ### 2. Very annoying and inconvenient. **Recommendations to others considering Aptos Store:** Consider other OMS systems as well! Review, review, review. **What problems is Aptos Store solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Aptos Shopvisible to manage our ecommerce orders and like the ease of use and that it is a one stop shop for our orders... ### 4. It works for what it is intended. **What do you dislike about Aptos Store?** It doesn't seem to work like it is intended. Complicated customer capture interface. Payment issues on occasion. Refund issues on occasion. "Fatal Error" messages with no explanation. It seems like the layout is built for something to work better in it.
