Appreciate Engine Reviews & Product Details

Appreciate Engine is customer retention software for small service businesses that live on repeat work and referrals: HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, salons, auto detailing, and 75+ other trades. A daily action hub surfaces who to reach out to and why: birthdays, service anniversaries, seasonal check-ins, and customers who have gone quiet. Each moment comes with a suggested message; you send it yourself from your own phone (scan a QR to text) or email, so nothing goes out automated and every touch reads like a real person. Beyond the hub: design branded cards and print them at home or send them as e-cards from your own Microsoft 365/Outlook address, see past customers near today's job, log outcomes with one tap to see the revenue your outreach produces, and import customers from QuickBooks (read-only) or CSV. Team seats with per-person permissions are on every plan. Plans from $59/month, sized by customer count. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
