Appointer Reviews & Product Details

Appointer is a CRM and online booking platform for service businesses — beauty salons, barbershops, clinics, spas, auto services and sports clubs — built in Ukraine and on the market since 2016. Clients book online 24/7 via the business website, Instagram or Facebook; the team manages a shared calendar of staff, rooms and group sessions. The built-in CRM keeps full client history with custom client card templates and automated SMS, Viber and Telegram reminders that reduce no-shows. Businesses track inventory, calculate staff payroll automatically, and accept payments on the spot: QR payments via Monobank and PrivatBank with fiscal receipts through the integrated Checkbox cash register. A public REST API and webhooks sync clients, services, products and bookings with external websites and systems. Data is hosted in Ukraine. Plans from ₴560/month with a 14-day free trial; iOS and Android apps included.
