**What do you like best about Appogee HR?**

Onboarding which can we largely automated
Performance reviews with objective setting and 360 feedback collection
Document acknowledgements mean we know staff are kept updated when policies change
Having capacity management with location reporting helps with office use planning
Time off management is great

**What do you dislike about Appogee HR?**

Setting up team structures needs planning to get notifications working best

**What problems is Appogee HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an HR package to integrate with Xero payroll and Appogee HR met that criteria.  Our need was to keep track of staff details and have as much self service as possible and Appogee HR has done that.
