**What do you dislike about LinearB?**

No automation coverage or alerts about pr without tests

Customer support is oweful. No idea how to solve, no urgency for P0/1, there were times that i just understood things won't be fixed

**What problems is LinearB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide me efficiwncy metrics and investment metrics for budget and management

> Thanks for highlighting some areas for improvement - have you implemented our gitStream automation? LinearB's workflow automation tooling will let you label PRs without tests and create alerts. I've linked the initial labeling automation here for your use.

**What do you like best about LinearB?**

You will be provided with some metrics from your Git repositories that can help you to understand the performance of your team in terms of lines of code and code review, but not necessarily performance in terms of developed user features.

**What do you dislike about LinearB?**

It had a lot of annoying notifications on Slack and emails. For example, if someone approved a Merge Request, you will receive the default GitLab notification, but also the LinearB (WorkerB) notification.

**What problems is LinearB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use it anymore. The company decided to stop using its services and now we are using usehaystack.io. It helped with some metrics but Haystack has better metrics.
