Apigee Insights is great in the sense that it makes it easy to analyze any possible patterns that exist in the data captured from different API transactions. If organizations are familiar with Apigee and are currently using it in any form, then this is a friendly tool to add to the portfolio. We have found use in this by decreasing the amount of time and effort it takes to analyze data to improve our existing API processes and further improve on our implementation style. Overall, this a pretty useful tool to have, however, the fees/costs associated for some of the features seem like a redundant charge if you're already using other Apigee products. I like that it's easy to navigate, but not all of our users are quickly understanding the value-add of having this product which makes the small costs for features more frustrating.
