Apex Chatbot turns your existing website content into a working AI assistant in minutes, without developers or chatbot flow builders. You sign up, paste your website URL, and the platform crawls the site and trains the assistant on your pages automatically. Then you copy one script tag into your site and the chatbot is live, answering visitor questions in their own language. A single widget serves international traffic, and the owner dashboard itself is available in 8 languages (English, Hungarian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish). When a visitor shows buying intent, the bot captures the lead and sends an instant email notification to the owner. On top of that, Apex Chatbot drafts the busywork: the AI prepares follow-up emails, price quotes, and appointment suggestions, and the owner approves each one with a single click before anything is sent. Nothing goes out without human approval. You also get a full conversation history dashboard, an owner mobile app for iOS and Android (in preparation for the app stores), and Stripe-powered billing. Plans start at $59 per month, with a 14 day free trial on every plan and no card needed to start. Annual billing saves 20 percent.
