Add your website and business knowledge, then embed the multilingual chatbot on your site. The dashboard is available in English, Hungarian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish. Voice Receptionist and Automation are available as separate subscriptions or together with Chatbot in Apex Front Desk Pro. Test the receptionist in your browser before supported phone activation. Automation prepares follow-up emails, quote notes and appointment proposals for owner review and approval. Start with the free Chatbot plan without a card. Paid Chatbot plans start at $59/month; Voice starts at $149/month, Automation at $79/month and Front Desk Pro at $199/month. Selected monthly Voice, Automation and Front Desk Pro plans offer a 7-day trial. Annual subscriptions have separate pricing and no trial. Website and Webshop subscriptions are separate.
