Invoices waiting on an e-invoicing network or Peppol access point can be pulled in automatically through a connector. AI invoice capture without templates AI reads each supplier's invoice layout from the first invoice, so there are no supplier templates to build or maintain. Files with several invoices are split automatically, without separator sheets or barcode cover pages. Digital PDFs are read straight from the file, and scanned invoices go through OCR first. Structured e-invoices in UBL, CII, Factur-X and ZUGFeRD, plus JSON, CSV and EDI files, are mapped directly without OCR. Enrichment, matching and validation After invoice data extraction, your rules match each invoice to the right company entity, supplier and purchase order, and fill fields from your master data.
