Any channel, one queue Invoices arrive by email, direct supplier send, supplier portal upload, API or structured e-invoice file, and all of them land in one processing queue. Create as many receiving addresses as you need, per supplier, department, entity or document type. Invoices waiting on an e-invoicing network or Peppol access point can be pulled in automatically through a connector. AI invoice capture without templates AI reads each supplier's invoice layout from the first invoice, so there are no supplier templates to build or maintain. Files with several invoices are split automatically, without separator sheets or barcode cover pages. Digital PDFs are read straight from the file, and scanned invoices go through OCR first. Structured e-invoices in UBL, CII, Factur-X and ZUGFeRD, plus JSON, CSV and EDI files, are mapped directly without OCR. Enrichment, matching and validation After invoice data extraction, your rules match each invoice to the right company entity, supplier and purchase order, and fill fields from your master data. Captured lines are checked against the invoice totals, and an invoice that does not add up goes to your team for review instead of being posted. Every invoice passes duplicate invoice detection, mandatory field checks and your own validation rules before it is released. Work the exceptions, not the pile Your AP team sees only the invoices that need a decision, on a personal dashboard and work queue, with the original invoice beside the captured data. Click any captured value to see where it is printed on the invoice. Every document is stored exactly as it arrived, and every action is recorded with user and time for a full audit trail. Supplier portal and ERP integration Suppliers check the status of their invoices and payments in a supplier portal, without passwords. ERP connectors and a customer API deliver clean data to your ERP.
