Andon OS Reviews & Product Details

Andon OS is a digital andon system for production floors. Operators trigger a call from a tablet at their workstation by picking the issue type (quality, machine, material, support). The right responder is notified within seconds by push notification, SMS or email. If nobody responds in time, the call escalates automatically through configurable levels, and only people on shift are notified. Shop-floor displays show every station’s status in real time, and a mobile app lets responders receive and handle calls anywhere. Each call is logged with response time, resolution time and root cause. This data feeds dashboards (MTTA, MTTR) and a recurring-cause analysis. Andon OS runs on standard tablets, TVs and phones, and users configure stations, call types and responders themselves, without IT.
