andjaro Reviews & Product Details

Andjaro is a platform that allows mapping, reallocation and load balancing of internal workforce in medium and large organizations, especially when workforce is spread across multiple sites. Instead of hiring expensive temporary or fixed-term contract staff through agencies, the Andjaro platform enables the reallocation of available and voluntary internal staff from other locations within the organization. This not only cuts costs, but also gives staff the chance to experience other parts of the organization, and get compensated for a temporary relocation resulting in a more interconnected and happy workforce. The company has already powered more than 250,000 staff movements and saved its clients over +€15 million in costs.
