Ancor OS Reviews & Product Details

Ancor OS is the operating layer for independent creative and media agencies. It reads what the agency sold, what it delivered and what it cost, and every morning tells the owner the few things that are costing money right now, in real currency, with the fix one click away. What Ancor watches Work past the SOW. Every deliverable is counted against the allowance the client paid for. When a client gets more than they bought, Ancor shows the figure and drafts the overage invoice in one click. Retainers that lose money. Fee in, cost of the promised work out, before a single revision. A retainer that loses money at full delivery is flagged the day the SOW is entered, not at quarter end. SOWs missing a line. If the agency sells adaptations and a SOW has no line for them, every one delivered is unbilled by construction. Ancor says so before the first one ships. Clients sitting on work. Anything waiting on a client past five days gets a drafted nudge with the dates in it. The producer reads it and sends it. Nothing goes out without a person pressing Send. The calendar, from the agency's own history. How long each type of work really takes at this shop, how long each client really takes to decide, and which engagements are waiting on whom. Nothing is forecast for a type with no finished history. How it works Onboarding is one question: what did you deliver last month past what the SOW included? Drop the tracker the agency already keeps, any shape, one tab or twenty. Ancor reads it, the owner checks it, and the first finding appears before a single project is created. Time to first finding is under ten minutes. Every finding shows its evidence rows and how the number was made. The money findings are counted, not generated, so an owner can take them to a client. The AI planner drafts staffed project plans from what the team actually delivered and wears a confidence score for that reason. What else is inside Engagements with five doors: work, client, crew, money and files. Tasks, deliverables and review rounds. A client portal for approvals without logins or email chains. Live margin and budget burn per engagement, projected to completion. Team capacity and wellbeing signals that connect an overloaded editor to the film that is over budget. Invoicing with GST, retainers, monthly client reports built from delivery data. Who it is for Independent creative, digital, content and media agencies of 10 to 100 people. The owner or head of operations is the user. Each agency is an isolated tenant with role-based access, audit log and encryption at rest. No agency's data trains anything outside its own account.
