My Vertafore Representative assist my agency or respond to my emails. Occasionally will hear from him if he wants to sell me on something & he is NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! Pricing is very high. AMS360 works just as well as other CRM systems, if not better than most, but the thing that makes it stand apart the most is that it integrates with all of our other systems with ease. I find AMS360 incredibly helpful in keeping our insurance agency organized and efficient. It keeps all information in one secure spot. I really like that it's easy to use and that the initial setup was very easy. The activity feature allows us to document notes accordingly; they can't be deleted, and we can append more to them if needed. The suspenses feature is valuable for setting reminders and ensuring follow-ups, which is a great help in keeping us organized. I also appreciate the accounting management capabilities.
