**What do you like best about amplifa?**

I was honestly extremely skeptical at first whether an AI could reasonably and, above all, authentically explain our services to potential customers. B2B in the mid-sized business sector is often still a handshake business. But the results speak for themselves. Amplifa doesn't write like a robot, but rather pulls the appropriate information and builds extremely accurate, individual messages from it. This saves us several hours of tedious research work per week. Additionally, it is a German platform, which immediately gave the green light in terms of GDPR and server locations according to our own compliance guidelines.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

Anyone who believes Amplifa is a "one-click wonder" where you sign up and orders start pouring in the next day is mistaken. You really have to invest brainpower at the beginning to teach the AI your own values, pitch, and target audience precisely. The learning curve is there at the start, even though the Amplifa team provides great support.

**What problems is amplifa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the software almost exclusively for acquiring new customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We have docked Amplifa to our existing systems so that warm leads land directly where our salespeople can seamlessly continue to process them. The software essentially takes on the role of a diligent junior salesperson who never sleeps. Absolute recommendation for companies that want to grow but need to keep their salespeople free for the really important closing discussions.

**What do you like best about amplifa?**

We introduced Amplifa a few months ago to better support our sales team in the preparation and follow-up of appointments. As an industrial company (Zeller+Gmelin), we often have very consultation-intensive processes. What Amplifa does really well is summarizing the customer history before the call. You simply go into the conversations much more informed, without having to sift through numerous CRM notes beforehand. It easily saves 45 minutes of pure research time per day.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

The initial setup honestly took a bit longer than promised by sales. The mapping of our existing customer data was a bit tricky in the first two days, and the team had to get used to the new way of working. Some of the AI-generated recommendations are still a bit too generic for our very specialized industry, but this is improving week by week as the system learns.

**What problems is amplifa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly the enormous time consumption with admin work and appointment preparation. We can now focus more on actual customer contact again.

**What do you like best about amplifa?**

What often annoys me about other systems: The automated emails all sound the same – stiff, robotic, and end up directly in the spam folder. Amplifa manages surprisingly well to personalize the sequences so that the recipient in the industrial sector (where people are generally a bit more conservative) notices: Someone really put thought into this. The response rate from decision-makers in the chemical and metal industries has noticeably increased for us.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

The integration into our existing CRM had some hiccups on the first attempt. Although the support team resolved it within a few hours, I would have preferred a smoother process from the start, without having to open a ticket first.

**What problems is amplifa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem has always been: time. Building new B2B contacts continuously alongside ongoing consulting projects is tough for a smaller consultancy. Amplifa runs in the background like an additional employee, taking over the initial contact without compromising quality.

**What do you like best about amplifa?**

As an agency (New-Com Media), we do a lot of outreach for ourselves, but the typical US tools often caused problems here in the DACH region – whether due to GDPR or the way the emails are formulated. It was usually far too aggressive. Amplifa immediately understood that we need to proceed more subtly in B2B in Germany. The AI formulates the initial contacts extremely naturally and comes up with smart hooks. It just doesn't feel like that classic cold calling machine. Additionally, the onboarding was quite quick, and we had the first real responses in our inbox after just a few days.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

At the beginning, setting up the campaigns was a bit tricky because you really have to give the AI precise instructions to ensure the tone matches your brand 100%. If you are careless at the start, you can immediately notice it in the texts. Additionally, I wish for a deeper native integration into our rather specialized CRM. Currently, we are forced to solve this via Zapier. It works okay, but having it directly native would be nicer.

**What problems is amplifa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem for us was simply a lack of time. We just couldn't keep up with manually researching suitable leads and writing personalized emails. Amplifa now takes over all the preliminary work. The biggest benefit is that we can consistently fill our sales pipeline again without having to hire two working students just for lead research.

**What do you like best about amplifa?**

What really surprised me: The AI doesn't write typical spam messages. In the sales of ergonomic workstations and industrial equipment, we need to reach the decision-makers directly – buyers, production managers, or managing directors. Amplifa actually formulates the emails the way I would write them myself. Concise, to the point, and in impeccable business German. The integration with our CRM also worked without much hassle, which was an important criterion for us internally.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

The initial configuration and fine-tuning of the target groups (e.g., distinguishing between pure office buildings and actual industrial facilities) took us a bit more time than initially suggested by support. You really have to spend a few days intensively working on it until the AI precisely hits the niche you want to serve. So, it's not just "Plug & Play."

**What problems is amplifa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling and preliminary research have cost our sales team a lot of time and nerves so far. With Amplifa, we now fill our pipeline much more automatically. The biggest advantage for us is that we get initial meetings with companies that we wouldn't have had on our radar otherwise, simply because the system detects investment signals that we would have manually overlooked.

**What do you like best about amplifa?**

Many of the common sales tools on the market are extremely geared towards tech and SaaS companies. In our B2B industrial sector (materials and specialty chemicals), classic, generic email sequences do not work at all. Amplifa has made a real difference for us here. The AI agents specifically pick up signals that are real levers in our industry – such as plant expansions, new production lines, or changes in standards. The communication in German sounds fluent, professional, and has the right tone for medium-sized businesses. As a result, our pipeline has noticeably stabilized.

**What do you dislike about amplifa?**

The setup at the beginning takes time and one should not expect a "Magic Button." You must calibrate the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and the trigger signals very precisely with the team, otherwise the machine will run into the void. Additionally, the integrated reporting is still somewhat rigid in some areas. In the corporate context, we would wish for more flexible dashboards to prepare the data directly for management.

We save ourselves the extremely tedious and time-consuming manual research of industry decision-makers and capacity changes in the factories. The AI-SDR takes over the repetitive warming up of contacts via email and LinkedIn. This allows our Key Account Management to fully focus on the actual appointments and technical discussions.

The user interface is a bit overwhelming at first, and it takes a few days to get used to it. The initial pricing is also tough for smaller teams.

We had the problem that our salespeople were spending too much time on manual LinkedIn research. Amplifa takes over this tedious work completely in the background. As a result, we have significantly more qualified initial appointments in the calendar without having to hire additional new employees for outbound.

The automated pre-qualification of leads saves our team an incredible amount of time on manual research and writing follow-ups. The generated messages sound amazingly human and stand out refreshingly from the typical, rigid copy-paste templates. This has massively increased our response rates in B2B sales.

The onboarding and precise tuning to one's own ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) initially require a considerable amount of time and attention. It is not a pure "plug-and-play" tool that delivers perfect results on the first day without adjustment.

A true milestone for modern sales. Amplifa takes over the tedious "grind" of follow-ups almost completely autonomously and ultimately funnels the truly relevant contacts directly into the calendar. For sales teams that want to scale seriously and qualifiedly, an absolute recommendation.
