Occasionally, the wrong cause is selected or you may want to add something to the description, but unfortunately, the text cannot be changed once it has been submitted. Some of the features that we use on a daily basis would require additional updates or some additional flexibility. However, those features are not essential, but rather the quality of life updates. The system was tailored to our needs, helped us stay compliant and gave us confidence that we’re protecting both our business and our customers.
