Getting the team to consistently share updates was harder than creating the content itself. We had good momentum internally but very little of that was visible outside the company. This gave us a simple way to make ideas easier to publish without asking people to spend extra time writing from scratch. People can quickly adapt the draft to their own voice, which made participation feel more natural. It removed most of the manual follow ups we used to rely on. Overall it helped the team stay more consistent without making it feel forced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still early in how we are using it, so we are figuring out what type of content works best for different roles. Some team members needed a bit of context on when to share versus when to personalize the draft. Once that was clear, things started moving more smoothly. We have not explored every feature yet, especially on the analytics side, but the core workflow is straightforward. Most of the effort was just internal alignment on how often we want people to post.
