Amazon Quick supports 15 languages, including Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, and others.

What company sizes and industries is Amazon Quick the best fit for?

Amazon Quick is used by positive reviewers across small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations, with the strongest representation in small businesses and mid-market teams. Industries with notable representation include:
  • Small businesses: Companies with 50 or fewer employees.
  • Mid-market: Organizations with 51–1,000 employees.
  • Enterprise: Organizations with more than 1,000 employees.
  • Software and IT: Computer software and information technology services.
  • Financial and professional services: Financial services and consulting.

How long does it take to implement Amazon Quick across a team?

Implementation timelines vary, with 1–3 months the most commonly reported range. Other reported timelines span from same-day go-live to several months.

What customer support options does Amazon Quick provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

Chat is available for support. The support experience is mixed: users describe helpful, quick responses as well as slower replies and difficulty getting actionable guidance for technical issues.

What is the experience like for teams switching to Amazon Quick from another tool?

Teams move to Amazon Quick from BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Metabase, often to connect more directly to AWS data, reduce infrastructure work, or better align analytics with an AWS environment. The transition can simplify data access and dashboard workflows, though teams may trade away some visualization flexibility and customization.

What tools and platforms does Amazon Quick integrate with, and how do these integrations help users get more value from the product?

Amazon Quick offers 7 integrations across data and ETL, productivity, HR, and analytics tools:
  • AWS data and ETL: Amazon Redshift and AWS Glue.
  • Productivity: Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • HR: Access PeopleHR.
  • Analytics and reporting: Omuni and Redash.
These connections can bring information into a shared analytics workflow; users value being able to consolidate data and build dashboards without repeatedly moving between systems.

What features or capabilities could make Amazon Quick even more useful?

More flexibility in visual design is the clearest opportunity to make Amazon Quick more useful. Improvements users would value include:
  • More chart types and finer control over dashboard layouts, formatting, and visual customization.
  • Smoother workflows for advanced analysis, including calculated fields, data modeling, and data preparation.

How useful do Amazon Quick users find its AI features in everyday use?

Amazon Quick’s AI features can help users explore data and spot patterns without doing every step manually, though the experience is not uniformly smooth. Users describe natural-language questions as useful for getting answers without writing SQL, while anomaly detection and forecasting can help surface unusual changes and trends. Some find the results helpful for everyday analysis; others report inconsistent answers or a difficult setup, and the more conversational features may take work to make useful for different teams.

What do you like best about Amazon Quick?

QuickSight has a user-friendly interface and powerful features. It’s easy even for non-technical users to build insightful dashboards and reports without much effort. The seamless integration with AWS services, along with the SPICE engine, makes data retrieval and analysis fast and efficient. It’s also cost-effective thanks to its pay-per-session pricing, which makes it a good fit for organizations of all sizes. On top of that, advanced analytics features like machine learning insights and anomaly detection help users make data-driven decisions more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

QuickSight has limited customization options for visualizations and dashboards, which can make it harder to tailor reports exactly the way I want. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially when getting started with the interface and building out dashboards. Occasionally, it can struggle with performance when handling large datasets or more complex calculations. Some advanced features that are available in other BI tools feel missing or less developed here. Additionally, customer support can sometimes be slow to respond, which can be frustrating when you need help quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive AWS BI with SPICE—But Complex Dashboards Can Get Hard to Maintain"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Amazon Quick?

Amazon QuickSight makes it straightforward to build interactive dashboards and enable self-service analytics without having to manage BI infrastructure. I especially like SPICE (Super-fast, Parallel, In-memory Calculation Engine), which delivers excellent dashboard performance even with large datasets, along with capabilities such as ML Insights, anomaly detection, forecasting, and natural language querying through QuickSight Q.

The UI feels intuitive for creating visualisations with drag-and-drop, while still supporting advanced calculated fields and custom visuals when you need more control. It also integrates natively with AWS data services, so analysts can connect directly to cloud data sources with minimal setup. For organisations already using AWS, it can provide a strong ROI by removing the overhead of managing BI servers and offering pay-per-session pricing for readers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

Complex dashboard layouts and calculated fields can become difficult to manage as reports grow larger. Some advanced visualisation and formatting capabilities are still less flexible than long-established BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Performance also depends on whether datasets are imported into SPICE or queried directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Serverless BI with Seamless AWS Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amazon Quick?

What I like most about Amazon QuickSight is how quickly it can analyze large datasets without requiring a heavy setup. The SPICE engine helps keep dashboards fast and responsive, even when workloads get complex. I also appreciate its native integration with AWS services, which streamlines the analytics pipeline and makes data ingestion and automation feel effortless. The interface is intuitive, so it’s easy to build clean, insightful visualizations in just a few minutes. With its fully serverless architecture, QuickSight also removes much of the maintenance overhead and scales automatically, which makes it a reliable and efficient BI solution for modern data teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

What I dislike about Amazon QuickSight is that some advanced configuration options feel buried, so fine-tuning complex dashboards can take longer than it should. The flexibility around custom visuals and layout is still limited compared with more mature BI tools, which can make it harder to produce highly tailored reports. The learning curve can also be steep for non-technical users, particularly when you’re integrating multiple AWS data sources. Pricing can become less predictable at scale as well, especially if SPICE capacity needs to be expanded frequently. Overall, it’s a powerful platform but can feel rigid at times, especially for teams that need deep customization and fully polished, enterprise-grade dashboards. Amazon Quick allows us to connect several of our systems to one area and is used company wide by all levels of the business. its performance is great and support is quick and very useful. The AI needs improving but is capable for lower levels needs and compared to other similar sites, the pricing is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

It can be a little clunky, a bit of modernisation would go a long way and more easy access support would be good. Its a simple system but okay for day-to-day use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

I find the limited advanced visualization capabilities frustrating as it restricts the depth of data analysis I can perform. Additionally, the login process was a bit of a problem. "Amazon QuickSight’s New QuickSuite UI and Chat/AI Search Make Reporting Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Amazon Quick?

New features have been added to Amazon QuickSight, including the new QuickSuite UI. Features like chat/AI search make it easier to learn more about reports, and they help users a lot. Even when there are gaps that weren’t explained in the analysis, it becomes easier for business stakeholders to review and understand the report. This new compatibility with the AI chatbot is great. The new charts that have been added also give more exposure and encourage me to explore QuickSight more as a tool. A lot of seminars have also happened to build more awareness, so overall it feels like a great community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Quick?

It still feels limited due to the lack of customization options. I also feel it has fewer chart types than I need, and it could include more chart options overall. Sometimes, depending on the data size, the Spice engine refresh is a bit slow and takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
