I wouldn't say i dislike, but integrating Q with Amazon Connect needs more refinement. In terms of agentic AI implementation. Though they provide templates to customize the prompts, I see no much difference. for example, I have a KB article in s3 and I want it to behave more like a human, pausing and confirming before proceeding to next step.
