What do you like best about Amazon ElastiCache?

ElasticCache (for Redis) is simple to set up, reasonably priced, and very easy to use with modern development languages. The Redis version supports all the open-source features as well as clustering, upward scaling, and serverless architecture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
