Was better some years ago but not anymore. **What do you dislike about Amasty?** The customer service is as bad as it gets. Please consider another supplier of extensions and only use Amasty when there is no other option. **Recommendations to others considering Amasty:** We have purchased many Amasty extension and have encountered many issues. Since we have moved to Mirasvit our problems have been solved for the majority. We had to purchase an extension from Amasty based on their description but the extension turned out to miss a specific functionality. Don't bother contacting customer 'support' because all they will do is point you to their 'policy'. No room for human judgement, just policy. Amasty's main goal is to get your money, and as soon as this goal is reached, they would rather you disappear. **What problems is Amasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Amasty for various Magento 2 extension but switched to Mirasvit which is causing much less headache. ### 2. They develop plugins and themes for magento 2. I am die hard fan of their products and services. I always preferred their products whenever I needed to enhance our e-commerce store. They're one of the first places we go to find quick, plug-in solutions to basic customer and ecommerce storefront needs. ### 4. It's hard to customizing everything ourselves. For the most part, I was able to install and use them right away. Will be used in the future too **What do you dislike about Amasty?** When a feature doesn't work well, it's often frustrating to have to deal with it until it's fixed. They promised existing customers that updates would be free, but it's a shame that they have to change and pay every year. **What problems is Amasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** When running a Magento site, there are times when you need a lot of different features, and modules are often a great way to accomplish that. In some cases, it doesn't work well or the website crashes, but in the end, it is solved through support. ### 5. Just about anything you can imagine, they have. We had a few conflicts/customizations we needed assistance with, and they were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Amasty! ### 6. In reply I've asked for a refund, and on October 26th 2022 I've received a response saying "Please note that arranging a refund won't be possible, this option is not available." **Recommendations to others considering Amasty:** I advice to don't with Amasty **What problems is Amasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this moment it doesn't solve any problems ### 7.
