**What do you like best about Altvia?**

I like their focus on the private equity industry, as it is specifically designed to meet the needs of the funds. Its integration with Salesforce allows for extensive customization, and its customer relationship management (CRM) capability facilitates the efficient tracking of investors, opportunities, and key activities.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

It can be complex to set up if you don't have prior experience with Salesforce. Additionally, some advanced features require technical knowledge or support from the support team to fully leverage them.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems is that it may require a steep learning curve, especially for new users without prior experience in Salesforce. However, this benefits me because it drives me to better understand the tool, which gives me a competitive advantage by mastering a powerful platform specialized in managing relationships and private equity investments.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

Altvia is an extremely user friendly product. Everyone in our organization is very quick to learn it and always comments on the ease of use and accessibility of the product. We encourage our staff to use it daily so that the quality of the information is always kept up to date. The senior leadership team really enjoys the dashboard and the clear data viasualizations that Altvia provides.

An equally important best and most helpful part about Altvia are its people. The level of customer service that you receive is unparalleled to other vendors we have worked with in the space. They are extremenly helpful, attentive and strategic problem solvers whenever any issue comes up.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

There is not much that we dislike about Altvia. We just want it to solve all of our problems so that we do not have to use any other product or have to rely on any integrations. Currently we are looking for a solution to help us with impact measurement & management (IMM) and we are hoping to be able to achieve that within Altvia's native product.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Altvia as our main CRM and single source of truth for the following: Accounts (a database of field partners); Interactions (a record of our engagement with external partners and Deals (all the investment opportunities we review). We create a variety of reports and visualizations off of the data stored in Altvia to see where in the investment process our various deals are and to easily pull up investment deals that are currently in our pipeline or watchlist. This is then used to make multi million dollar investment decisions.

All of our interaction history is stored in Altvia as well so that we can easily keep track of our primary investment contacts, when we have meetings with them and who in the organization is actively working on what deal flows. The leadership team uses Altvia to regularly report out to its investment committee, advisory board and other external partners and media publications on the large scale impact investments that we make.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

Customer service. The entire support team is wonderful but specifically Nicholas Petraglia who I have been working with for about two years since joining my firm. He truly goes above and beyond to not only complete or assist me with tasks but help train me or direct me to where I can learn more.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

There are some limitations such as campaigns, LP community just being a report, and mass mailing metrics/can't send pdfs to large groups/clunky mass mailing system that leads to human error/etc. coming at an additional cost. Mainly cost which is why I docked points.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AltVia helps us keep track of our fundraising efforts with histories of who we spoke to and why, reasons we passed on a potential investor, managing our deal flow database, storing investor/portco/etc. info (like contact info), creating dashboards to keep us organized, creating dashboards and reports to show fundraising progress, and sending out deliverables/event invites.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

What I find most helpful while using Altvia is having important information in one place. It gives us both a high-level view, giving us the pertinent information that we need, while also giving us the ability to dive in deeper with even more detailed information.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

When entering data, it is cumbersome at times when having to repeat the same data and entering it more than once. It would be amazing if it would auto-populate a name that we have already entered and remember the information that pertains to that specific individual or company.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Altvia assists us with condensing important information into one platform. We are able to send out communications, documents, important notices to our Investors in an efficient way. It saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

I most appreciate how collaborative and supportive the Altvia team is. Our TAM support has allowed us to move very quickly with large client requests, and the new feature implementations that are regularly rolled out continue to improve our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

There are some constraints to the scalability and automation capabilities of our most used portions of the Altvia suite of products.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Altvia allows us to securely share the data and documents that our clients require. The support that we receive as a fund administrator in servicing our client's instances of Altvia's products allows us to uphold a standard of white glove service that is important to the growth of our business.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

The Altiva team is exceptional. They displayed incredible patience helping us work through the initial implementation. They were and continue to be highly responsive to our training and support needs. Their product team listened to features and enhancement that would he us increase adoption of their platform.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

This is not a "dislike" but as we move to greater use of the platforms BI tool, we will need much hand holding and training as we get used to moving from Excel for analytics to their new platform. I'm condfident the Altvia team will be responsive.

Consolidation of our data into one system that allows for far great data managment and control.

Altvia is our north star in reporting, organization, and communications to our LPs. It is a robut, comprehensive tool we use daily. Customer reporting and service has also been a highlight in our relationship.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

wish there was bette ways to streamline logging our activities (interactions) via email/calls. It would be great if there was a tighter integration with microsoft outlook and email logging for reporting and tracking purposes.

**What do you like best about Altvia?**

The tool is easy to use, and they have a great support team. They also have this unique costumer profile (GPs and placement agents) that helps to creates the best solutions for companies that have similar business models.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

They develop new useful features, but they mostly cost extras besides the main tool which is a little expensive.

**What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM has a logical structure that helps in the daily activities, in our case, it helps to create a sales process respecting our clients needs.

The team at altvia does a great job of case resolution and staying on top of our requests. They are prompt and use their wide knowledge base to come up with solutions and teach our end users. It has been very easy to use and mold to our existing requirements.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

The email correspondence needs more functionality to be able to edit and create clean templates.

I think the best you can do with Altvia is searching a good CRM, reliable without wasting tons of money

Feels like they're missing to become a modern business or make it easy for agents.

Getting the right CRM for a small business, I don't need to look-up for premium CRM system or needing to ask for veteran/specialist people to set it for me.

One platform for LP communciations, deal tracking, CRM

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

Still requires some additional support from third-parties for internal reporting purposes, less support from Altvia team on custom report-making. Logging interactions is still a pain. Plugin in email takes every calendar invite (personal too) and logs as interaction, so there is not a good automatic way to log.

Alternative Investment Management helps in fitting to your existing services without much changes needed for the customization. User adaptability is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about Altvia?**

If you are not existing Salesforces user then it will be problemtics for you to underatand Alternative Investment Management as well. But not too much to worry as it is user friendly.

Alternative Investment Management helps you in manageing all your portflios and act as your fund manager in real time. Alternative Investment Management stands out from the crowd of competition based on its experince in CrM field.
