What we like most is how up-to-date everything is. Altss catches people changes and LP team moves almost in real time — way faster than what we saw with other platforms. The news is actually relevant (not just random press releases), and most of the contact info we’ve used has worked. That’s been a huge difference compared to PitchBook or Preqin, where a lot of emails bounce or lead nowhere. You can tell they really focus on keeping things fresh and usable. It’s still a newer platform, and we were part of the first batch of users — so not everything was perfectly polished at the start. That said, the team moved quickly to smooth things out. Nothing has slowed us down. They’ve been incredibly responsive, and we’ve already seen multiple improvements go live based on our feedback. Looking forward to the next wave of feature releases.
