With Alterian's assistance, I was able to build some excellent cross-channel campaigns and better understand my market, buying cycles, and what works and doesn't work for my website and marketing collateral. Using it is also pretty simple. I consider myself to be tech knowledgeable, but I didn't require any training to be able to manage my own campaign.
