AlteaTick Reviews & Product Details

AlteaTick is employee time tracking and attendance software built for small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. It helps companies keep the legally required working-time records under Spanish law (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019) without spreadsheets or paper. Employees clock in and out from their phone (with optional GPS), from the web or from a shared tablet kiosk with a PIN. Managers see who is working, on a break or absent in real time, manage absences and vacations, plan shifts with templates, and get overtime and hour-bank calculations automatically. Monthly reports can be exported to PDF and CSV, signed digitally by employees and sent by email, ready for a labour inspection. Pricing is simple and fixed: one monthly price per company, not per employee. The Pro plan covers up to 25 employees and the Enterprise plan up to 100, with departments, alerts, multi-company management, a REST API and assisted onboarding. Every plan starts with a free trial.
