AltaDent Reviews & Product Details

AltaDent replaces a practice's CRM with one system from enquiry to accepted treatment. Leads from Meta, Google, website and social land in one pipeline; an AI treatment coordinator trained on the clinic's treatments replies in minutes, qualifies and books consults. Treatment plans from Dentally or CareStack become private branded patient pages with plain-English explanations, dentist-reviewed 3D treatment animations, finance options and an accept button. WhatsApp, email and SMS follow-up chases open plans; reporting shows plans presented, accepted, value accepted and finance applications by clinician. Optional remote treatment coordinators. Setup, PMS connection and team training in one week.
