Overall a fantastic tool and does a great job in reducing time spent on screening candidates.
Alooba has a great UI for both hiring managers / recruiters as well as candidates. I thought that the amount of customsation options that is provided to the end-users is sufficient to be able to tailor the experience, but is not particularly extensive such that it's time-consuming to set up. Content coverage across the different data domains is also fantastic.
Compared to the more generic tech or software-based screening software options on the market, I thought this was a much better tool for hiring purposes. The tool is very effective for the purposes of screening for entry-level roles. Customer support is excellent and responsive. I would recommend this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this stage, I have not identified anything about the Alooba tool that I'm not happy with. One suggestion for future iterations (if not already built in), would be to increase the difficulty of the test based on the initial few questions' response, i.e. dynamically generate the questions.
