With previous brand protection vendors, we had to do most of the work ourselves, just in their platform. With Allure, their team handles the entire process without us and escalates possible impersonations that they think could be legitimate. So far, everything they've escalated to us *has* been legitimate, and everything they've handled on their own has been malicious.
