## About Allstacks
Allstacks is an agentic software engineering intelligence platform built to help engineering and product leaders run AI-enabled development organizations. It normalizes data across your software delivery lifecycle—commits, builds, deployments, work items—then deploys AI agents that continuously analyze patterns, surface emerging problems, and recommend specific actions. Like having a senior analyst who finds what needs attention and tells you what to do about it—before anyone asks. The problem Allstacks solves: Engineering organizations generate massive amounts of data across disconnected tools, but the data is inconsistent, incomplete, and hard to trust. Ticket states don't match reality. Commit activity is fragmented across repos. Traditional dashboards assume clean data and leave you to interpret the noise. And now AI coding assistants are accelerating output without improving visibility—more code hitting review, bottlenecks shifting downstream, teams drowning in what they can't merge. Leaders don't need more dashboards. They need to know what actually needs attention, why it matters, and what to do about it. Allstacks gives engineering and product leaders direct answers. The platform normalizes messy data into a consistent view of how work actually flows. Then agents work continuously—they identify delivery problems, trace root causes across teams and tools, and recommend prioritized actions. Organizations like Alkami have used Allstacks to 3x their focus on strategic innovation, reduce cycle time by more than 30%, and cut R&D capitalization prep time by 70%. Allstacks helps you amplify the strengths of AI-enabled developers, not their dysfunctions. Key Use Cases of the Allstacks Platform - Manage all aspects of delivery risk: Surface delivery risks - delays, spec development readiness, dependencies - before they escalate into missed commitments or production incidents. - Improve engineering performance: Measure using industry-standard metric benchmarks and get recommended optimizations from workflow analyses - Measure AI coding impact: Measure the real productivity impact of AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor across engineering teams. - Align engineering investment and focus to initiatives: Ensure your planned software initiatives match where engineering time is actually being spent - Automate software R&D capitalization reporting: Automatically generate audit-ready capitalization documentation from actual engineering activity, eliminating timesheet overhead. - Measure developer productivity & experience: Measure productivity, analyze quality of outputs, and identify ways to improve the developer experience. Allstacks integrates with the tools engineering teams already use: - Source Control: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps - Project Management: Jira, Jira Align, Azure Boards, ServiceNow, Linear - CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines (plus hundreds more via webhooks) - Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar - AI Coding Tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and offers both multi-tenant (US/EU) and single-tenant deployment options with SSO/SAML support. Trusted by engineering organizations including Citrix, CloudPay, Advance Auto Parts, Alkami, Bright Horizons, Cribl, iCIMS, and Intapp.

## Allstacks Reviews
 ### 1. Great way to keep track of overall health and productivity of your engineering teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Weekly reports for all my teams plus the overall report. I also love to see the inline scope changes per-epic, and the 'developer churn' on a given ticket. With everyone being remote now, its also great to see the the work patterns of the various engineers and teams.

They are also extremely responsive to questions and requests. It makes a huge difference to receive such great support.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Sometimes it would be great to have realtime data when digging into a specific project or issue.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Allstacks to keep tabs on the various teams and their relative metrics. We use it to track our large initiatives as well as the week to week throughput relative to a given team's history. We also find it valuable to see the mix of features vs bugs to provide more visibility to the rest of the business. Being able to show objective metrics related to progress and productivity to the rest of the business has been game changing.

 ### 2. Gave me insight into what I knew in my gut but didn't have the data to back up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelly F. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Allstacks gives insight into what Project Managers inherently know about their projects but don't always have the data to share. I really appreciate how easy this tool makes it to share data with stakeholders. As a project manager, I am close to my projects and know what's going on but having that clear data to share isn't always so easy to pull together. This tool helped solve that problem. Not only did it report on the real time statistics but the forecasting reporting was also very helpful as a cross reference to the estimates the team was putting together. I would recommend Allstacks to anyone trying to gain a deeper understanding of project status, team performance, and trends.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Sometimes there can be too much of a good thing. There is tons of data to review, some pages could be simpler to understand as a new user.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A real example of a solved problem was a process breakdown we didn't know we had. The reports I was receiving about what the QA team was working on weren't lining up with what the dev team was seeing. Allstacks gave us user data from Jira on a level that showed that there was a process breakdown. The level of data wasn't something I was able to get from Jira itself. With the more granular data we were able to identify the issue and amend the process so the dev team got QA feedback faster.

 ### 3. Valuable data that helps us maximize our performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Allstacks has given me the ability to analyze the data on our performance metrics and optimize our development to maximize our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

With time always being a constraint, a best practices and concise shortcut guide will help me get up and running faster.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an IOT company, we need to balance our development and customer feedback. It is imperative we create high-quality products that meet our customer needs.

Allstacks has helped me manage this development and optimize based on the data. I am no longer speculating how and where to make changes.

 ### 4. Phenomenal team and code health monitoring software + forecasting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom J. | Co-Founder and CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

- An incredibly detailed suite of reports across all aspects of our engineering lifecycle, from Slack to Jira.
- Great metrics and breakdowns. Has everything I would have wanted to measure myself, and a number of new ways to cut the data that I had not thought to measure before.
- Intelligent in its measurements and predictions – for example, the overtime analysis counts 'major event' activity and not just sending a quick slack message, allowing me to more accurate tell who on my team might be overworked.
- Forward-looking reporting – most analytics tools just help you cut historical data, this also applies it on a go-forward to see how we are trending toward our launch dates.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

- Would like some power-user abilities, like a bit more customization on how some reports are visualized, exports, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Allstacks:**

Try the demo! I was surprised at how much value I found immediately – initially thought it would take a lot of setup.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Getting more predictability in our engineering cycles – have already begun to realize this after just a couple weeks of using the tool by drilling into some key metrics that drive our releases and utilizing their related features like the 'Portfolio' and 'Milestone' reports.
- Better insight into team health – been able to use a lot of the breakdowns to see what is and isn't working well across the different pods on our engineering team.
- Analysis of strengths and weaknesses of different team members – was able to numerically confirm anecdotal things I have noticed in a couple cases already, and look at other areas with new, more holistic, perspective.

 ### 5. Great product. Great people.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt F. | Cofounder, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Visualizations are money. Customer service is awesome. They really care

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

They’re a startup right now so that comes with a few quirks, but nothing they won’t keep buttoning up with time.

**Recommendations to others considering Allstacks:**

Get to know them. Half the battle when it comes to buying saas is knowing the people backing the software will be there to ensure your expectations are met. These guys understand that alongside all of the code they’re pushing.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to know what our engineers are doing. This is a seamless way to get insight into what’s going on With quantitative data.

 ### 6. Great Insights!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

The passionate and dedicated team at AllStacks is fantastic to work with.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Tool can be a little slow at time, though generally fine for our needs.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greater visibility into project progress and process flows. New to the tool, but already getting greater visibility on progress.

 ### 7. Great tool for finding ways to improve your dev process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Pulls together disparate data to give insights that aren't readily obvious - it's a great edge for a scrum team that is empowered to improve their own processes!

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

- Can be difficult to know what problem to focus on next
- In some ways is more designed for project managers / business analysts than for scrum teams

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving scrum/planning processes
