Allocentra Reviews & Product Details

Allocentra is remote monitoring and management software that consolidates IT operations tools into a unified dashboard. It integrates remote monitoring, ticketing systems, patch management, and alerting functionality, eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions and logins. The monitoring feature provides real-time visibility across device fleets, showing hostname, operating system, patch status, and last-seen information, with bulk agent updates and deployments. The ticketing system tracks tickets by priority, status, and client context, with email-to-ticket conversion and SLA breach tracking. Patch management includes policy configuration, scheduled deployments, compliance tracking, and health grading per client. Reporting generates branded PDF reports on patch compliance, uptime, and asset inventories. Allocentra supports unlimited endpoints and offers features like API access, SAML single sign-on, role-based controls, and webhook integrations.
